To be installed in early 2025, this coastal home in Southern Maine is situated about as close to the water as you can get. Working thoughtfully within shoreland zoning and setbacks, GBRLD was tasked with creating a welcoming oasis minutes from downtown. Using primarily native species well adapted to coastal conditions, the new landscape works to smoothly blend the natural beauty near the site with the newly constructed architecture it surrounds.
