Breaking ground in summer of 2024, this renovated Norwich home celebrates the land’s rich history while simultaneously looking to the future.

Vermont faces the new challenges of prolonged droughts, intense rain events, and all the other unpredictability that comes with climate change in northern New England. The gardens and greater landscape on Union Village Hillside are designed with this in mind, working with site appropriate plants, stones, and building materials. Ornamental, but ecologically driven to be sure.
